Corey Arnold catches crabs(and sometimes fish)

So, my friend Corey Arnold who used to live in SF, but now lives in Portland sent down some photos for me to frame up. Corey has spent years fishing and crabbing all over the world and takes some pretty awesome photos while he's dodging waves and frostbite. He recently had a 12 page interview in Juxtapoz mag. You should check out his website coreyfishes.com. Hey look, there's a link to it on the right.

more mat o'brien

this was a fun one...

My name is not O'Hoolahan nor is it O'Brien

Mat O'Brien stopped by today(sorry for the flattering photo,Mat). He was picking up some pieces I framed for him. He's got a show opening this Saturday at Eleanor Harwood Gallery. Go check it out and spend an hour or so in the mind of this dude. Should be an interesting show. Chuck Taylors, Garfield and hula hoops...

Barbary Ghosts

Did you check out Jeremy Fish's show at Fifty24sf yet?
Well... too late, just came down last week. If you love SF than you would have loved this show.
I framed a few things for him and here's what they looked like.

Steppin' up to the future

Well, here it goes, my foray into the blog world... I'll be posting photos and random stuff that goes on in my frame shop. What artists I'm working with, framed art, and whatever else I think is kinda cool. In the next few days, once I get a handle on this blog stuff, I'll be putting up images of what I'm working on right now. So to start, here's a photo of what I see everyday when I get to work....
